Who We Are:
INT. BHAVNISHA PARMAR. LONDON.
Being Gujarati Indian, I was destined to either work for a pharmaceutical company or an accounting business.
Instead I started to act. And have been doing so for the last two years after leaving Arts Ed, finding my feet in the comedy world. I’ve toured with an Improv Troupe, played a few leads roles on stage and on screen and I’ve been grateful to work with award winning independents around the world. Be it Cannes, LA, or Italy.
And these left me with some memorable experiences to say the least.
Then, I started to write. Poetry, comedy sketches and now comedy scripts. Some of my work includes writing for a new Asian Sitcom, film and theatre reviews as well as commentary articles. And a side order of blogging. #TH52.
A homely girl, I spent most of my childhood growing up with my sister, brother and extended family. Of which I am not short of. All of them have unconsciously shaped the humour in my stories to say the least. As have my parents. Seeing them grow into a modern English setting after coming over from Kenya has certainly had its laughs and lows.
My writing is the mix of quirky, bold and cultural style.And the fact that I never stop talking about food.

Hey, I’m Siris pronounced "Zeeris" not Syrous! and I’m from Germany, where I recieved my Bachelor in Business and Economics. I have a passion for travel and after travelling through China, Thailand, Namibia and Turkey, I decided to do my Master in Film and Media Production in Lund, Sweden.
I’m an actress and a writer. During my studies in Sweden I wrote and directed my first feature film called The Snail House which is now in post-production. Currently I'm working on a Children's book and am an active co-writer on Closet Films' first project.

Born in the land of Chopin and Grotowski, where Romanticism and Vodka compliment each other to this day. At the dawn of the fall of the Iron Curtain, I ended up growing up in the land of Maple Syrup and Hockey.
The only A's ever earned were in creative writing and shop, classified useless, unsophisticated subjects by my supportive prolitarian parents ;)
Since then I've worked as an actor internationally, with CBC, PolSat, TVN, BBC. Casting assistant to Magda Szwarcbart and Coky Giedroyc for Spies of Warsaw, starring David Tennant, the European casting for Delivery Man, starring Vince Vaughn.(Name droping in bios is very effective and captivating!) As a writer I've written under the pen name, Tommy Storm for SENSA NOSTRA magazine and Warsaw Insider. Armed with a guileless set of skills picked up in Shop and Ms. Liptrot's Fourth grade Creative Writing, along with a team of like-minded Misfits, we aim to bring quality and caliber, first to the page, then to the screen.

I’m the Celtic element of the team – born in Cornwall to Welsh and Scottish parents; my early youth was split between South Wales and traveling the high seas with my Merchant Navy Captain father. At a young age I joined South Glamorgan Youth Theatre. While attending Ysgol Gyfyn Glantaf, in Cardiff, which has a strong tradition of Arts and Sports (Ioan Gruffydd and Matthew Rhys, TV presenter Gethin Jones – see, Tom, I can name drop too!) my A-level drama class consisted of 4 pupils, which allowed us amazing opportunities to work on Welsh-language S4C projects at the nearby BBC Wales studios. Traveling and moving around frequently hindered my abilities to be involved in long rehearsal and performance periods and so I found writing as my creative outlet from my love of my English lessons in the otherwise Welsh-language environs of school. Currently I’m working on a series of novels based on airport life and doing a little bit of TV work around South Wales;writing a blog ; and am really excited to have joined the Closet Films team.
